Thomas W. Schaller was born in Naperville, Illinois, in 1950. His passion for art was evident from an early age. Schaller then continued his education in architecture, earning a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He has appeared at several prestigious exhibitions, including the American Watercolor Society, the National Watercolor Society, and the Transparent Watercolor Society of America.

His artwork has been exhibited in over 20 countries, including the First International World of High Watercolor Exposition in Moscow and the Silk Road International Exposition in Xi’an.
