Bank Terminates Services Of A Pregnant Woman Employee For A Bold Photo-Shoot With Fiancé

She was pregnant and her only mistake was she didn’t play the part. Instead, she, along with her fiancé, indulged in a sensual photo shoot that didn’t go down well with her employers. As a result, she was handed the pink slip.

Her name is Stephanie and she doesn’t want to disclose her last name. She went along with her fiancé, Arynn, for black and white boudoir photoshoot. The sensual photos turned out spectacular and found a pride of place on Wolf & Rose Photography’s Facebook page, receiving many likes and positive comments.

However, Stephanie’s enthusiasm for the photo shoot was not shared by her employers at Austin Bank Texas. They considered her topless poses in the photos downright inappropriate for a bank employee.They were probably concerned about the negative image that her photo shoot may give to their bank.

More so, because the bank projected itself as a family-oriented company.These photos became the reason for her dismissal.However, the bank was tight-lipped about this case and refused to comment on personal matters.

Stephanie thinks she was fired because of her photos, but remains nonchalant, despite her ordeal.She was upbeat about the photo shoot and maintaining a brave front, chirped, “I honestly have never felt more attractive…I look so in love and confidence. Every person should be able to see themselves in that light. It’s really eye-opening.”

She has a different take on the matter and says, “As a company, if they feel what I do outside of my job is going to jeopardize their business, that’s fine. It’s just disheartening to me because I feel like home life and work life are two different things. I was a model employee and I was moving up fast.”

Coming to Stephanie’s support was Wolf & Rose Photography, who shared their opinion through a Facebook post, thus, “…how, a company who claims to uphold family values, can morally terminate an otherwise model employee who is 20+ weeks pregnant with her first child. Their decision not only stripped her of her insurance, which is without a doubt a major necessity while pregnant, but also her paid maternity leave.” 

Stephanie doesn’t regret her decision and says, “If it helped even one person feel more confident, it was worth it.” The good news is that she has already landed a new job.
