According to her, these two materials are her favourite and adequate enough to express her artistic acumen. Her work does not involve paper folding, but paper cutting and pasting. This gives that appealing 3D effect to all her creations.
There is little doubt that what Scrinkl does is a back-breaking job, meticulously cutting out miniature objects from paper and pasting it in intricate patterns and designs on the canvas. Little wonder her handcrafted creations turn out to be mind-boggling.
