The Mesmerizing Mandala-Like Art Of This Artist Continues To Delight One And All

Here’s an artist who mesmerizes you with her mandala-like configurations in delightfully vibrant colors. This unique art form is what makes her unique in the art world. She is Jen Stark, who graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005 with a bachelor of fine arts, majoring in fibers and a minor in animation.

What sets Stark’s art apart is her intricate sculptures that imitate evolution, plant growth, topographical maps, fractals and the geometry of the universe. Her primary medium remains paper, but she also delves in other media, such as wood, metals, mirrors, paints, and animation. She also combines a variety of materials in her works.

Currently residing in Los Angles, Stark was born in Miami, Florida. Since her very childhood, sacred geometric forms always fascinated her. With her background in art and her keen sense of colors, she evolved a style of her own that is being celebrated across the globe.

Stark has held major exhibitions in the US cities of Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. She has also held major shows in Canada and Thailand. You can see her collections at Miami International Airport and the Goldman Collection and Museum of Contemporary Art, all three in Miami, Florida; Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington DC; the West Collection in Oaks, Pennsylvania; and at many other places.

Of course, for such outstanding work, Stark has been conferred with many honors. In 2007, she received an Artist Enhancement Grant through the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs and in 2008, she received the South Florida Cultural Consortium’s Visual and Media Artists Fellowship. She was declared the 2008 winner of the MOCA North Miami Optic Nerve 10th annual film festival.

In addition, she has a number of public art installations in the cities of several US states, such as Florida, California, New York, Washington DC and Chicago. She also has over 160,000 fans following her on Instagram.
